Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

Talent Acquisition Coordinator is needed for a well-known, global beauty brand. The TA Coordinator is a key team partner and will provide full cycle Recruitment support for a motivated Talent Acquisition team. The coordinator plays a critical role and will liaise between hiring managers, Recruiter(s) and candidates. The ideal candidate is someone who is well organized and can provide strong administrative support to help run a smooth recruitment cycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow as a Junior Recruiter or Recruiter.  This role starts as a full-time consultant with an opportunity to hire in 6-months. The role is fully remote working in Eastern time zone.


  • Partner with the Recruiter, hiring teams and HR Business partner with hiring, sourcing, and onboarding activities for Corporate and Creative roles.

  • Handle and coordinate meeting schedules and calendar updates in different time zones

  • Ensure online candidate databases, reports and Recruiting team documents are updated and organized in a timely manner

  • Drive and build relationships with clear internal/ external communication

  • Handle job postings and maintain digital job descriptions and role information

  • Assists with communication and contracts to vendors, agencies and freelancers

  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion with strategies, data, documents and reports

  • Monitors and assists with employee referrals, leads and follow up  

  • Updates weekly recruitment and TA reports, decks, meeting prep and other assistance

  • Acts as a company brand advocate and business partner in communications

  • May assist in the identification, screening and resume review of prospective candidates

  • Desire to learn Recruiter tools, techniques and company interview process


  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or additional work experience desired

  • Experience of 3 years or more as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Coordinator, Scheduling Assistant, Jr Recruiter, Executive Assistant or relative /applicable experience

  • Proficient in Outlook and MS products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

  • Interface with all levels of the HR team, management, candidates and new hires

  • Exceptional communication, organizational and follow-up skills

  • Demonstrate professionalism while having a positive and solutions-oriented approach

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within timelines  

  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS database system preferred, but not required
